1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs via the online store Holzverliebt e.U. (hereinafter referred to as “Holzverliebt” or “we”). Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

3. offer and conclusion of contract

3.1 The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

3.2 By clicking on the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

3.3 The contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or dispatch the goods.

 

 

4 Prices and shipping costs

4.1 The prices stated on the product pages are in euros (€) and include VAT (where applicable).

4.2 In addition to the prices quoted, we charge shipping costs. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to the customer during the ordering process.

 

5. terms of payment

5.1 Payment can be made in advance, by credit card, PayPal or other payment methods offered in the order process.
5.2 If advance payment is selected, we will state the bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to the specified account within 7 days.

6 Delivery

6.1 Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 5-7 working days from receipt of payment.

7 Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. The revocation instructions and the sample revocation form can be viewed in the online store and in the order confirmation.

8 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. dispute resolution

 The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. final provisions

11.1 Austrian law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
11.2 Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
